Do the research and do the math. The 3,000 mile oil change myth is a multi-Billion dollar industry for Big OIL. I change my oil in both my rigs ONCE PER YEAR for around 50.00-75.00 each per year and put A SUPERIOR engine OIL in them when I do so.
If you use an inferior
conventional oil and drive even 15,000 miles per year, that's
conservatively 5 oil changes using conventional "wisdom." That's
25.00-35.00 per change....You do the math! You're paying MORE for an
